We are extremely proud to have a very generous Loyalty program at BALLUCCI. We believe that if you are loyal to us, we want to show our appreciation and give a little extra back to you.

For each drink you purchase, you get a stamp, and once your loyalty card is full, we'll give you a free drink. Loyalty cards are always available at the till, so feel free to take one or ask a member of staff for one. However, it doesn't stop there. 

When you have collected ten fully stamped cards, we will give you one full week of free drinks! The Free period lasts for 7 days, and we let you choose which week you want to use it. We don't know of any other coffee shop that rewards their customers twice with their loyalty program. We have one more card which we hand out to our regular customers - the Golden Token. We always want to ensure that you receive the best possible customer service, and very often in the past, customers would contact us about the great service they have received. When our staff go above and beyond to make you feel truly welcome at BALLUCCI, we would like to reward them for it. Instead of making use of schemes like employee of the month or secret shoppers, we wanted to get our customers involved to help recognize exceptional customer Service.

Golden Tokens are randomly handed out to selected customers. When one of our staff offers outstanding customer service to you on a particular day, you simply hand them the Golden Token, and we'll take care of the rest. The staff can collect these Golden Tokens and once they reach ten cards, the company will reward them with a small token of appreciation.


You may only collect stamps for Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Iced Coffee and Iced Tea. You may only claim one of these items as your free drinks. Any other cold drinks such as juice, milkshake and smoothies are not included in the offer. We can only give stamps at the time of purchase. You cannot claim stamps for drinks that were purchased on a previous occasion. We don’t offer loyalty cards to all customers, but rather let customers join at free will. The loyalty cards are always available at the till and anyone can join. It is also the responsibility of the customer to collect stamps at the time of each purchase. If you forgot your card at home, staff can stamp a receipt for you, and we will gladly transfer it to your card next time. We do not combine stamps on cards. Only fully stamped, cards may be used to claim free drinks. Once you have received a free drink, the staff will return your stamp card to you. To claim your free week, you must collect ten fully stamped cards. During your free week, you may claim one free drink per day for seven days. We cannot split the week up for you, and we cannot give you more than one free drink per day. The free week will have a start and a finish date. Expired cards cannot be used. You may start your free week at any time, including a date in the near future. Our staff will gladly add the starting date you requested to your Free Week Card.
