Our journey began on 27th September 2017 with the opening of our first store in Isleworth, West London. Although intimate with just 28 seats, the shop quickly established itself as a local hub near the train station where people could meet friends, catch up on work, or grab a quick cup of coffee. The Isleworth store is defined by its cosy, vintage retro interior; however, while it was a fantastic starting point for us as new business owners, we eventually realized that to achieve our long-term vision, we needed room to grow.
After five years of building our foundation, we decided to take the plunge and expand. Planning began in 2022, and 18 months later, on 1st June 2023, we opened our second location in Hounslow. This massive new store was a significant step up, boasting a capacity of 84 covers and four times the size of our original branch. Designed with a modern, contemporary industrial twist, the Hounslow space features special lighting that allows us to seamlessly transform the venue from a daytime coffee shop into a vibrant evening destination.
With this extra space, we were able to introduce exciting new concepts. On 10th February 2024, we launched our Cocktail Bar within the Hounslow store. Operated almost as a separate business with distinct staff, uniforms, and menus, The Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings. We offer a tapas menu and a drink list that has evolved from standard classics to adventurous signature cocktails created by our trained mixologists. We didn't stop there; on 24th February 2025, we launched a full Brunch service freshly cooked by professional chefs. This addition makes us the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast, complete with a Kids Menu and even a special "Puppy Menu" for your furry companions.
Despite the differences in size and design between the two locations, the heart of our business remains the same. In both stores, you will be served our exclusive Ballucci Beans, which are also available for purchase via our online store for home delivery. Most importantly, we believe that it is the people that make a place. We recruit our staff based on their personalities rather than just their skills, ensuring that whether you visit us in Isleworth or Hounslow, you will always receive a warm, genuine welcome.

We receive hundreds of applications annually, so we look for individuals who demonstrate commitment, ideally with at least 18 months of tenure at previous employers.
