  • We are proud to hold a 5-star hygiene rating (the highest possible) at both of our stores.

  • Yes! You can reserve a table at either of our coffee shops or our cocktail bar. Please visit our Reservations page to book your spot.

  • No, we are a privately owned, medium-sized British business with two locations.

  • While our name and some of our products are inspired by Italy, we are a proudly British brand.

  • There is very limited street parking outside the Isleworth store. While there is no dedicated parking at the Hounslow store, there are several private parking lots located nearby.

Store Rules & Comfort

  • Yes, we have charging ports at most of our seats. You are welcome to use these outlets, provided you do not unplug any of our own equipment.

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted anywhere on our premises, including our outdoor seating areas.

  • Smoking is permitted at our outdoor tables only. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal substances; anyone found in breach of this will be reported to the police.

  • Our seating areas, WiFi, and toilets are reserved exclusively for paying customers. Our staff reserves the right to ask guests to make a purchase or leave if they are using the facilities without supporting the business.

  • Yes, though we reserve the right to request a table back during busy periods or after a prolonged stay where no further purchases have been made.

  • To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you use headphones when watching videos or listening to music and refrain from having loud conversations on speakerphone.

  • For your safety, we operate 24-hour CCTV recording in both stores. We ask all guests to respect our policies and our staff. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban.

Food & Drink

  • In Hounslow, we serve toasted sandwiches and offer a Full Brunch menu on selected days.

    In Isleworth, we currently serve a variety of toasted sandwiches. At the Bar, we offer a tapas menu featuring a selection of hot nibbles.

  • Yes, we offer Soya, Oat, Coconut, and Almond milk.

  • Yes! You can purchase our House Blend at the Isleworth store. At Hounslow, we offer a wider variety of flavoured beans. You can also order our coffee online for home delivery.

  • While some of our ingredients are Halal, we cannot strictly guarantee it. We do not operate a dedicated Halal kitchen and handle non-Halal products in the same area. Therefore, we do not officially list our food as Halal.

  • We offer takeaway for all drinks and sandwiches. We do not currently offer our other food items such as brunch and tapas as a take-away option.

  • We do not offer delivery at this time. Because milk-based coffees do not travel well, we prefer to serve them fresh in-store to ensure the highest quality.


  • Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering. We maintain detailed allergen records and can check if specific items are safe for you. We use dedicated jugs for different milk alternatives to prevent cross-contamination, but please do alert our team so extra care can be taken.


Accessibility, Family & Hospitality

  •  Yes, both stores are accessible. When visiting Isleworth, please ask a member of staff for the wheelchair ramp at the front door. Our Hounslow store also features a dedicated accessible toilet.

  • Yes, we have baby-changing tables available at both locations.

  • Very! Children are welcome in our coffee shops and the bar, but they must be supervised by an adult at all times. Don’t forget to ask for our Brunch Mini menu at the Hounslow store.

  • Yes, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult after 6pm. We operate a strict "Challenge 25" policy and will not sell alcohol to anyone under 18. Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID.


  • We are a pet-friendly establishment! We just ask that dogs remain off the furniture and laps when near tables where food is served. Please ask our staff if your pup needs a water bowl. Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets remain quiet and do not disturb other guests. We also offer a puppy menu during our brunch service.  Please ask staff for more details.

  • Absolutely! We love seeing your photos and videos. Please feel free to tag us on social media. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we ask that recordings are done quietly and respectfully. Please note that we are unable to adjust our music or lighting settings for personal recordings. For professional filming or media inquiries, please contact us directly.

  • We certainly do! We can host private events for up to 100 people at our Hounslow store. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
